Clarks Village makes a great day out!
Just 30 minutes from Burnham-on-Sea, Clarks Village is a fantastic day out for the whole family. Just a 10 minute drive down the M5 and off at junction 23, then along the very picturesque A39 towards Glastonbury and Wells.
Arriving in the quant village of Street and turning into the car parks for Clarks Village, it soon becomes apparent just how big the complex is! There are over 90 designer label and famous brand name shops that offer huge savings every day of the year.
They’ve thought of pretty much everything to make it a real day out – clean toilets with baby changing facilities, tourist information centre, mobility equipment hire and a fantastic outdoor adventure play area for the kids called King Edward’s Castle with everything to keep the kids amused – wooden turreted walls, dragon slides, swings and even a play area to keep infants entertained.
For lunch or early evening there is the “Restaurant Terrace” with top brand eateries Frankie & Benny’s, Pret, Prezzo and Burger King to name but a few, or there are also some “Lite Bite” outlets such as Pasty Presto, Starbucks and Costa Coffee – something to suit pretty much everyone’s taste.
Even though all of the big brand outlets offer constant savings over the High Street, they are also constantly uploading and displaying other special offers on the Clarks Village website – click here for more information.
The likes of Jaeger, Clarks, Merrell, The North Face, Cadbury, Asics, Tefal, GAP, Bench, Vans, M&S and Radley amongst many, many others, are open every day of the week, virtually the whole year round. You can check out exact opening time on their website.
So, if you’re a visitor to Lakeside Holiday Park or Burnham-on-Sea, make sure you pencil in a family day out at Clarks Village – you won’t be disappointed.
